When booking with Boujee Balloons. We strive to meet ALL our customer’s needs. We take customer service seriously. Please Allow 1-3 weeks for planning and prepping for larger setups. Once event is scheduled on event day. Please arrive to your event location 10 minutes prior to balloon arrival. Helps prevent time overflow with other events scheduled for that day.
Cancellation policies
If customer needs to cancel event. Boujee Balloons offer one reschedule within 3 months of booking. NO CASH REFUND, NO CARD REFUND!!!
Your Payment policies
50% of Payment is due when booking. Other half due two days before event. If deposit is not submitted by end the of day 3 invoice and event date is subject to CANCELLATION!
